Whyy do I do this?
I wake up and a few hours later I already think of napping. And I say no to myself because if I nap I won’t be able to go to sleep later, so I always plan on going to sleep early. And then here I am at 11:41pm, and I haven’t even showered or gotten ready for bed.
I do this to myself all the time.
